Russian Troops Enter Key City’s Outskirts

The local leader of a key city in Ukraine’s Luhansk admits that Russian troops have entered the outskirts of Sievierodonetsk, closer to controlling the whole province. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy accuses Moscow of launching a relentless artillery barrage to seize the city where critical infrastructure and 90 percent of buildings have been destroyed.
