San Francisco City College Offers Cantonese Certificate Program, First in US

After a year-long effort by supporters, City College of San Francisco will be offering two new Cantonese language certificate programs—the first of its kind in the United States. NTD went to hear from supporters of the programs, who say that this will help health care providers, first responders, and other important services serve the large Cantonese-speaking population in the San Francisco area.
