Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and special counsel Robert Hur sparred at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, with the Congressman accusing the investigator of deliberately creating a political impact with his conclusion regarding President Biden’s cognitive abilities being sufficient reason not to prosecute him.
Mr. Hur, however, contended the information was pertinent to the outcome of the probe, and that the Attorney General decides whether or not to release the report in its entirety.
