Social-emotional learning (SEL) is taught in some schools across the nation and is said to be designed to foster social and emotional skills and teach children values and conduct. A report by the Idaho Freedom Foundation, which supports SEL, says that the programs seek to displace and stigmatize moral religious institutions and that it encourages children to embrace ideas such as gender fluidity, toxic masculinity, and white privilege.
