The Supreme Court has agreed to hear former President Donald Trump’s appeal over whether he has presidential immunity in his election case. Paul Kamenar, the lead counsel at the National Legal and Policy Center, tells NTD that this may also cause Trump’s classified documents case in Florida to be put on hold pending a ruling on immunity.
