Supreme Court Justices appeared to be skeptical of the arguments to take away former President Donald Trump’s eligibility to hold office. NTD spoke to Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, who says the skepticism stems from resistance to the idea that a single state that blocks a candidate from the ballot could decide an entire presidential race.
