Glass is a fantastic material. Once you have heated it up you can form it into nearly everything, including these magnificent dragons.
One of these artists working with glass is the American James Mongrain. To create this dragon you see in the second video, he teamed up with the glass museum in Corning (New York).
Many of his sculptures are inspired by the traditional Venetian forms. He liked the little animals but started making them bigger. So this is what happens when you let an artist explore and craft what he wants. The outcome is quite amazing.
