A Chinese app is becoming increasingly popular in Taiwan because of a powerful function—face-swapping. The app is called Quyan, which means “to act.” Users can switch their faces with actors in films. And the app can also transform actors like Scarlett Johansson into a classical Chinese beauty. But Taiwanese media reports authorities are raising concerns about the app.
