Senate Reconvenes Before Possible Government Shutdown

Lawmakers in the Senate are scheduled to reconvene on Sept. 30 in the countdown to an increasingly likely government shutdown if a funding agreement can’t be reached by both houses of Congress before midnight on Sunday.
