Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) led a group of Republican colleagues at a press conference on Wednesday to push back against a border security bill Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) recently indicated he wants to bring up for a vote.
The attending Senators warned that the bill would not solve border security issues, and claimed a vote on it would be a “political stunt” during a Presidential election year.
