Senators Agree on Framework for New Gun Laws

Congress is one step closer to passing new gun control laws. Staffers on Capitol Hill began crafting the text to finalize the framework of a deal that was reached over the weekend. Ten Republicans have bought in, which would be the bare minimum support needed to pass the proposals.
