Shanghai to Invest $257 Billion in Infrastructure

China’s financial hub Shanghai is trying to boost its economy. On Tuesday, it announced a total investment of $257 billion in eight projects as part of the city’s efforts to revive its economy, which was hit hard by the COVID-19 lockdown earlier this year.
