In the latest development in the House Judiciary Committee’s probe into whether major climate groups may be violating federal antitrust laws, Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) subpoenaed a coalition of financial institutions and a corporate social responsibility advocacy group earlier this week, after they allegedly failed to respond to requests for documents. NTD spoke with Epoch Times business reporter Kevin Stocklin, who produced “The Shadow State” documentary and is also a former Wall Street banker.
