Sleep Hygiene: Psychologist’s Tips on the Road to Better Rest

A newly released Gallup poll conducted in 2023 found that more Americans are stressed than 30 years ago. In addition, some 57 percent of Americans say they would feel better if they got more sleep, with only 42 percent saying they get enough sleep. That statistic is a complete reversal since 2013, the study found.
