It’s that time to start brainstorming some dietary New Year’s resolutions. But how can you keep them up over time? Perhaps making smaller adjustments would help?

NTD spoke to Dr. Taylor Wallace, a food scientist at George Washington University, to find out how to make those dietary New Year’s resolutions stick.

“Make resolutions that are sustainable,” he said. “People don’t like when you tell them what not to eat, but they do fairly well when you tell them what to eat.”
