New York’s governor and New York City’s mayor are planning to shut down parts of the city again. They say some areas are hot spots with higher infection rates.
The NYC mayor says 20 zip codes in Queens and Brooklyn are hot spots for the CCP virus. Some neighborhoods have to close down all schools and non-essential businesses. Restaurants have to close down indoor dining just a week after they opened up.
