Spanish tortilla with ham

Spanish tortilla ingredients:

Potatoes, 2

Onion, 1

Ham, 2 slices

Basil, 1 bunch

Cherry tomatoes, 9

Eggs, 9

Milk, 1/8 cup

Salt, 2 tsp

Black pepper, 2 tsp

Oregano, 1 tbsp

 

Spanish tortilla instructions:

 

  1. Prepare potatoes, onion, ham, cheery tomatoes, and basil by slicing and shredding into small bite size pieces.
  2. Deep fry potatoes and onion until golden brown. Drain and set aside, reserving oil.
  3. In a large bowl, add 9 eggs, milk, ham, cherry tomatoes, basil, and deep fried potatoes and onion together, mix well.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano, mix well.
  5. In a nonstick frying pan, fry the mixture over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Cover the pan with a large plate and flip the omelet out onto the plate. Slide it back into the pan and fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
  7. Remove the omelet when both sides are cooked and enjoy!
