Spanish tortilla ingredients:
Potatoes, 2
Onion, 1
Ham, 2 slices
Basil, 1 bunch
Cherry tomatoes, 9
Eggs, 9
Milk, 1/8 cup
Salt, 2 tsp
Black pepper, 2 tsp
Oregano, 1 tbsp
Spanish tortilla instructions:
- Prepare potatoes, onion, ham, cheery tomatoes, and basil by slicing and shredding into small bite size pieces.
- Deep fry potatoes and onion until golden brown. Drain and set aside, reserving oil.
- In a large bowl, add 9 eggs, milk, ham, cherry tomatoes, basil, and deep fried potatoes and onion together, mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano, mix well.
- In a nonstick frying pan, fry the mixture over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Cover the pan with a large plate and flip the omelet out onto the plate. Slide it back into the pan and fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the omelet when both sides are cooked and enjoy!
