Ingredients:

1 cup red chili pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp hot chili oil
½ tsp garlic salt
A couple of Thai basil
For coating chicken:
¼ tsp salt, 1 egg white, 1 tsp cooking wine,1 tbsp starch
Directions:

1. prepare chicken meat as show in video
2. In a medium bow,l combine chicken and all coating ingredients, mix well.
3. In a large skillet over high heat, bring enough oil to 390 F for deep frying, put in chicken, stir constantly until golden.
