Tensions are running high between the United States and China amid the spy balloon fallout, which could have economic consequences if China cuts off parts of its supply chains. Javier Palomarez, the founder and CEO of the U.S. Hispanic Business Council, tells NTD that American small businesses would bear the brunt of losing imports such as textiles and appliances from China. Palomarez also says the balloon incident is a “very clear indication to this administration” that the United States needs to bring manufacturing back.
