The City of Chicago honored the Irish holiday of St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday with the dyeing of the Chicago River and a parade. Irish families say Saint Patrick’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate their heritage with friends and family and welcome the arrival of Spring.
