States Move to Loosen School Quarantine Rules

A lot of students in the United States have to quarantine if they come into contact with infected classmates. They sometimes quarantine for few days, a week, or even two weeks. But at least two states have changed their approach, one calling the old method disruptive and harmful. NTD took a look at why experts are divided about loosening these quarantine rules.
