A third strong storm in a week batters Britain. Though Storm Franklin is not as strong or deadly as Eunice, it brings about over 150 flood warnings. Some rivers burst their banks and some homes have to be evacuated. New storms also make the work to restore power even harder and there are still over 30,000 homes without power.
