Northern Ireland has become the third nation in the UK to launch COVID-19 passports after ministers voted in favour of the plan. That means people will need to prove they’re fully vaccinated, have recovered from COVID-19 in the last six months, or show a negative test result to enter nightclubs, restaurants, and cinemas. Venues could be fined if they refuse to comply with the rule.
