The number of poor people below the poverty line is really huge, be it the East or the West – the statistics remain shocking. Then those of us who have a much better standards of living share a unspoken responsibility to try and help such people in our own humble ways.
This video below, captured by someone on his phone, shows how a good Samaritan comes forward to gift his own shirt and cap to almost a half-naked poor man.
It’s truly heart-touching to watch this young gentleman taking off his own shirt and then offering it to the poor man. When he understands that the unfortunate man is unable to manage to wear the shirt onto himself, this kind soul goes a step ahead to dress him up with his own hand.
The homeless soul seems to be speechless, happy, and not knowing how to express his emotions – it looks he is trying to thank his kind stranger many times. It’s just one pure display of compassion, indeed!
Sharing, sacrificing, and doing some good deeds of kindness should also be considered as a part of healthy living!
