Sullivan’s China Visit a ‘Farewell Tour’: Expert

On the last day of his China visit, U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan met with the leader of the Chinese Communist Party, Xi Jinping. During his three-day trip, Sullivan had 14 hours of discussions with Chinese officials but did not reach any agreements.

NTD spoke with Andrew Harding, a research assistant at The Heritage Foundation’s Asian Studies Center, about the effectiveness of the latest U.S.–China talks.
