Chancellor Rishi Sunak gave his Spring Statement Wednesday, delivering what the Treasury called “the biggest personal tax cuts in a quarter of a century.” Fuel duty is down 5 pence per litre alongside several other tax cuts for both workers and businesses. But Labour accused the Chancellor of not doing enough to help struggling households cope with rising food, fuel and energy prices.
