Supreme Court Likely to Rule in Favor of Trump’s Immunity Argument: Attorney, Former FEC Member

The Supreme Court has agreed to take up former President Donald Trump’s immunity appeal in the federal election case.

Hans von Spakovsky, attorney and former commissioner of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), says the Supreme Court has ruled that the president has immunity from civil actions, and is likely to rule in favor of President Trump’s immunity argument.
