Britain’s highest court has unanimously ruled the Northern Ireland Protocol as lawful. A group of senior politicians—unionists and Brexiteers—challenged the legality of the contentious trading agreement. But while they lost the legal challenge, they said their political campaign is strengthened. The ruling confirms Northern Ireland is no longer an equal member of the United Kingdom.
