Supreme Court’s Ruling on Internet Companies ‘Limited in Scope,’ but Social Media Self-Regulation Improving: Expert

While it’s absolutely tragic what happened to the victims and their families in the Paris and Istanbul terrorist attacks, the Supreme Court says Google and Twitter did not aid and abet ISIS surrounding the attacks.

NTD speaks to Andrew Selepak, a social media professor at the University of Florida, who says platforms have done a better job at eliminating terrorist accounts in recent years. He says this is arising from the internet companies themselves, not because of regulations.
