Suspected Buffalo Shooter Pleads Not Guilty

The 18-year-old accused of fatally shooting ten black people at a Buffalo supermarket last month pleaded “not guilty” Thursday afternoon to all charges. Payton Gendron was arraigned in Erie County Court on 25 counts, including “domestic terrorism motivated by hate.” The county’s district attorney says he’s the first person in New York history to be charged with such a crime.
