The number of encounters of people on terror watchlists at the U.S. southern border is increasing rapidly under the Biden administration. According to Customs and Border Patrol data, agents have stopped 38 terror watchlist individuals since October. NTD spoke to Victor Avila, a retired special agent with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, on how to stop violent individuals from entering the country and a record migrant surge. Avila said that terrorist suspects blend in with migrants to infiltrate the United States knowing that the border is unsecure.
