The United Nations special envoy for Syria and the EU foreign policy chief spoke about the chemical attack in the Syrian province of Idlib.
The U.N. Special Envoy Staffan de Mistura stated that the attack came from the air, and specialists will investigate exactly what happened.
De Mistura mentioned the seriousness of the attack and its repercussions.
“Chemical weapons is the worst of the war crimes and whoever is responsible for that must be held accountable,” he said.
