Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts on Monday canceled a proposed special session of the state legislature intended to reduce the current abortion ban from 20 weeks to 12 weeks. The government is announcing plans to change the law for people using their mobile phones whilst driving vehicles. It wants to change loopholes in the current law to stop drivers from using their phones to take photos, make videos, and play mobile games.
