In Tribeca, New York, this man and his dog, Cartman, were spotted skating next to the Hudson River. The dog seemed very relaxed on the skateboard as the owner navigated them both through the throng of people with the leash in his hand. Another dog is also seen in the video managing and riding a skateboard by itself at another location.
