Juggling with a soccer ball is a sports discipline that every soccer player needs to face. Currently, the world record for the longest time period of non-stop juggling a soccer ball is held by a young Iranian footballer. He managed to get into the Guinness book of world records with his juggling a soccer ball for 30 hours straight.
In this video you can see a soccer player who seems to be on a good way of becoming a master of soccer juggling, too. His mastery of technique is right stunning. He can orbit with his foot around the soccer ball before it comes down so many times I cannot even count! And then he still able to catch the ball on time and kick it up into the air before it falls down.
It appears as though every part of his body is capable of grasping the soccer ball and he himself is rotating along with it – like it’s become one with his body – the degree of foot control and precision is impressive.
