Target is voluntarily recalling 495,000 Bullseye’s Playground wooden toy vehicles due to a choking hazard.
The recall, announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, covers 495,000 Bullseye’s Playground wooden toy vehicles, which were sold between October 2018 and November 2018 at Target stores and on its website.
The toys include a caboose, Santa in a sleigh, an ice cream truck/food truck, a train, a police car, a fire truck, a taxi, and a digger. Each unit sold for about $1 and the whole set cost around $8.
The toys were sold nationwide.
In a press release posted on the Consumer Product and Safety Commission (CPSC) website, the company says no injuries have been reported.
However, “there have been four reports of the wheels detaching including a report of a missing wheel when opened,” according to the press release.
Consumers should “immediately take the recalled toys away from children and return the toys to any Target store for a full refund.”
