Justin Pearson, a Democratic State Representative ousted from the Tennessee House of Representatives, returns to the state legislature after being reinstated at 10 a.m. ET on April 13.
The House expelled Pearson and two other Representatives for breaking decorum with a gun control demonstration on the House floor.
