Tesla’s stock rose to an all-time high. The rise in value was powered by a record delivery of vehicles for the recently ended quarter. Tesla delivered 25,418 vehicles, a 69 percent jump. Tesla stock is also now at $294.15 a share.
Tesla now has a market capitalization of $47.92 billion, putting it ahead of Ford but shy of General Motors.
