Texas Attorney General: Democrats Could Be Arrested Upon Return

Ken Paxton, the Texas attorney general, says the state’s Democrats, who fled to Washington to block a vote on election reform, have broken the law. He says they could be arrested when they return. Some of those Democrats say they want to see changes at the federal level.
