Texas Senate Bill 14, which prohibits transgender procedures on minors, went into effect on Sept. 1. Now, however, the Galileo Church in Fort Worth, Texas, is offering out-of-state travel grants to those who wish to obtain such procedures for their children—including puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and operations to surgically remove body parts, such as mastectomies.
