Texas Counties Overwhelmed by Human Smugglers

County sheriffs in South Texas are speaking up about the difficulties they have to deal with during the border crisis. The Texas attorney general is also warning Americans not to think of the crisis simply as a border issue. He says the influx of drugs and human trafficking will impact the whole country.
