Texas Governor Bans All Vaccine Mandates

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has issued an executive order banning vaccine mandates by any entity—public or private. This comes as prison workers in California will be required to get the vaccine—and possibly all middle school and high school students, too. All this, as federal vaccine mandates are soon to take effect.
