Texas Mayor Pleas for Biden to Hold Off on Releasing Immigrants

Bruno Lozano, mayor of Del Rio, Texas, pleaded to President Joe Biden to hold off on plans to release any immigrants into their city. He says they don’t have the resources to take care of the immigrants due to their continued fight to overcome extreme weather and emergency conditions. The mayor warned that if the immigrants are released, he will have to use an emergency declaration to turn them away.
