Rep. Babin: Drug Overdoses Tied to Border Crisis

As Texas Republicans in Congress are unveiling a new framework aimed at protecting the southern border, Rep. Brian Babin (R-Texas), one of the Congressmen who proposed it, said almost 108,000 people died last year of drug overdoses because of drugs coming over the southern border.
