Britain’s Duke and Duchess of Cambridge William and Catherine attended a dinner in Paris hosted by British Ambassador to France Lord Edward Llewellyn, on Friday.

The event, held at the British Embassy, was also attended by British actress Kristin Scott Thomas and French actor Jean Reno.

Music group French music group Kids United gave an a capella performance to dinner guests.

Addressing the attendees, William relayed a message on behalf of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth in which she expressed her fondness for the country.

William and Catherine’s itinerary for their official two-day visit to Paris will also include a meeting with victims from the 2015 attacks on the Bataclan music venue, a formal dinner at the residence of Her Majesty’s ambassador, and attendance at the France v Wales Six Nations rugby game at the Stade de France.
