The British Defense Secretary Grant Shapps gave a warning in a recent speech at Lancaster House in London.
Mr. Shapps said the World is in a ‘Pre-war’ phase.”
He added that World War III could potentially be upon us within five years and that China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea are already preparing.
