Taiwan’s iconic skyscraper Taipei 101 was shut off for an hour. In Shanghai, Pearl Tower and surrounding buildings went dark.
In the Philippines, “Star Wars” fans marched through the blacked-out business district armed with toy lightsabers, showing their willingness to be heroes for the environment.
