The vendor, who is located on the island of Koh Phi Phi, Thailand, makes perfect ice cream rolls. The ingredients are chopped up and blended into a creamy mix, which is spread into a thin layer on top of a chilled metal surface. Then, the vendor scrapes the solidifying ice cream into delicate rolls worth completely drooling over.
