Sadie the puppy demonstrated the high-pitched, yappy, alpha behavior that so many small dogs are known for. The puppy guarded the food bowl from Foxey the dog, who is easily five times the size of the puppy. Sadie started to growl and snarl at the larger dog, while claiming the food bowl with her tiny body. The larger dog persisted in attempting to grab some of the kibble, managing to get only a few morsels that had fallen out of the bowl. In the end, Foxey seemed to think the yapping puppy wanted to play and gave little Sadie a few friendly boops on the head.
