At least one person was injured after a rare tornado hit southeast of Los Angeles on Wednesday. The National Weather Service confirmed the EF-1 twister, packing winds up to 110 mph, touched down in the warehouse district of Montebello. It’s the strongest tornado to hit Los Angeles since 1983.
